Internet Explorer

Steps to check the ports configured in Internet Explorer's proxy server:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools.
3. Click Internet Options.
4. Click on the "Connections" tab.
5. Highlight your dialup connection and click the "Settings" button.
6. Check "Automatically Detect Settings".
7. Check "Use a proxy server for this connection..."
8. Click "Advanced..."
9. Next to "HTTP" change the "Proxy address to use" to "localhost".
10. Next to "HTTP" change the "Port" to "8080".
11. Click OK.
12. Click OK.
13. Click OK.
14. Close Internet Explorer.
15. Right click on the Propel icon and select "Options".
16. Click the "Advanced" tab and ensure that the port is set to 8080.
